The Clarence Gardens – General Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2. A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation.
1.3. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the rate selected.
1.4. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before departure.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
2.1. Free cancellation is available within the timeframe specified at the time of booking.
2.2. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, depending on the booking terms.
2.3. Group bookings or special offers may have different cancellation policies, which will be stated at the time of booking.
3. Check-in & Check-out
3.1. Check-in time: From 3:00 PM.
3.2. Check-out time: By 10:30 AM.
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge.
3.4. A valid photo ID may be required upon check-in.
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times.
4.2. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest responsible.
4.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A penalty fee will apply for non-compliance.
4.4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of policies.
5. Children & Extra Beds
5.1. Children are welcome, but supervision is required at all times.
5.2. Extra beds and cots may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge.
6. Pets
6.1. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.
6.2. Assistance animals are permitted with prior notice.
7. Parking
7.1. Free private parking is available but has limited spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
7.2. On-street parking is available but subject to local restrictions.
8. Wi-Fi & Facilities
8.1. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, but speeds may vary.
8.2. The hotel does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Wi-Fi due to factors beyond our control.
9. Liability & Personal Belongings
9.1. The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
9.2. Guests are advised to use in-room safes (if available) for valuable items.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. The hotel is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with local regulations.
